These include of course our world-renowned Slim Chuck (SK) with square shoulder collet location and clamping provided by our unique TiN bearing nut. Our innovative manufacturing processes, treatments and technology guarantee reliable, highly-rigid and highly-accurate NC Tool Holders to meet any machine spindle and tool holding requirement.
Alongside the Slim Chuck, Major Dream Holder and VC Holder we also provide solutions for greater clearance and performance which are based around an internal drawbar system to clamp and retain the 8-degree collet. These two solutions; The Mini-Mini Chuck and Mini-Mini Master holder, though without an external nut, both also feature internally NIKKEN’s innovative TiN bearing system to negate friction, make operation smoother and also increase clamping force.
