The NIKKEN 5AX-100 is our smallest tilting CNC Rotary Table for compact machines.
With a body width of 466mm and weighing just 84kg, the 5AX-100 is the smallest and lightest in NIKKEN history. Allowing more machining space than ever and a tilting axis of 410Nm with air-hydraulic as standard, the 5AX-100 is a small but powerful solution for your compact machining centre.
The 5AX-100 is also compatible with an extensive range of attachments such as jig plates, scroll chucks and centre sockets, which are a great solution to manufacturing high-precision electronic devices such as smartphones and automotive parts etc.
